Dragginz

Raise. Explore. Be part of the world.

Dragginz is a vast, hand-crafted fantasy world where players adopt and raise their own Dragginz, craft and trade, breed creatures, and help shape the land itself — a world that truly belongs to the people who play it. It's the reason Toko Studios builds the technology it does: every creature, spell, and item is designed to live, evolve, and be owned on-chain.

The world

A world built by the people who live in it

Dragginz is a massive, player-built fantasy world. You'll adopt and raise your own Dragginz, craft items, trade with other players, breed creatures, and explore dangerous, beautiful lands full of glowing caverns and hidden stories.

And the world grows through its community — entire regions, quests, creatures, and ecosystems can be created collaboratively. It's a place that's never quite finished, because the players keep making it. Drawn from 20+ years of game-making across Neopets, Meteor Games, Twin Skies, Island Paradise, and many more.

What you'll do

Live inside the world

01

02

Craft & trade

Make items and build a real player-driven economy across the world.

03

Why Toko comes first

Every creature, spell, and item runs on it

A Dragginz isn't a picture — it grows, changes, and carries its own history. Spells, equipment, breeding, and crafting all need to behave like living parts of the world, not static collectibles.

Toko is the technology that makes creatures and items work that way. It's the heartbeat of the whole game — Dragginz can't exist without it, so the foundations come first.

Built to be owned

Dragginz is built to live on-chain, so the world and everything in it can persist and be owned by players rather than a single company. When the Internet Computer launched in 2021, it became the first platform that could realistically host a whole world this way.

The foundations

The open-source stack beneath the world

To build the game, Toko Studios first built the tools it needs. These are live and open-source — and Toko is the one that brings the creatures to life.

The goal

Dragginz remains the destination. The toolkit is live today; the game comes once the foundations are solid.

The vision

A world that can't be taken from its players

  • A world that belongs to the people who play it
  • Creativity before monetisation
  • A community that helps govern and grow the place it loves
  • Persistent, player-owned, and built layer by layer

Where we are now

The focus today is Toko and the open-source tools beneath it. All four toolkit projects are live; Toko is in active development. Dragginz itself comes once those foundations are solid — built one proven layer at a time.
